Execution (WHAT)
Structure: Four-step application process designed for systematic evaluation: submission, review, interview, decision. Timeline from application to decision is two weeks maximum.
Framework: Evaluation criteria weighted across five factors: Team strength (40%), Market opportunity (20%), Product innovation (20%), Traction evidence (10%), Web3 fit (10%).
Narrative: Application requirements focus on execution capability over presentation quality:
- Team: Technical expertise, domain knowledge, execution track record

- Market: Addressable market size, growth timing, competitive landscape
- Blockchain Integration: Utility justification, token economics, decentralization benefits
Metrics: Target 5-8 companies per cohort from 200+ applications. Focus on technical teams with blockchain expertise in gaming, identity, DeFi, and AI infrastructure verticals.
